Ingredients
- 1 (3-4 pound) fully cooked spiral sliced ham
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- Optional: Pineapple rings, maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and ground cloves to create the glaze.
- Place the spiral ham in the air fryer basket, cut-side down if possible.
- Brush about half of the glaze over the top and sides of the ham.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the ham, brush with the remaining glaze.
- Continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C) and the glaze is caramelized.
- If using, place pineapple rings and cherries on top of the ham during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Let the air fryer spiral ham rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Ensure your air fryer basket is large enough to accommodate the spiral ham.
- For a crispier exterior, you can increase the temperature to 375°F (190°C) for the last 5 minutes of cooking, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Leftover spiral ham can be reheated in the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness and size of your spiral ham.
