Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
