Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp nutmeg
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk (any kind)
- 2 eggs (or flax eggs)
- 0.33 cup maple syrup or brown sugar
- 0.25 cup butter or coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 apples (diced)
- 0.5 cup raisins or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish.
- Combine rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together and stir in apples and optional add-ins.
- Pour mixture into baking dish and bake 35–40 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with maple syrup or yogurt.
