- 6 pieces Flour Tortillas (10″)
- 8 oz package Cream Cheese (softened)
- 4 oz can Diced Green Chilies (mild or spicy, to preference)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 0.5 cup Red Onion (finely diced)
- 0.5 cup Bell Pepper (diced, any color)
- 3 tablespoons Sour Cream (for filling)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne (to taste)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 0.5 cup Basil Pesto (for mixing with sour cream)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix until creamy and smooth.
- Divide the filling mixture and spread it over the tortillas evenly.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and slice at a 45-degree angle.
- Chop the rolled tortillas into five pieces, discarding the less filled ends.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
- Broil the antojitos on high for an additional 5 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving with basil pesto sour cream.
