Ingredients

- 2 slices fat slices of sturdy bread (sourdough is perfection)
- 1 large ripe avocado, sliced or smashed
- 2 large eggs
- 3–4 slices crispy bacon
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 dash of chili flakes
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- to taste herbs
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, then set aside.
- While the bacon cooks, toast the slices of sturdy bread in a toaster or pan until golden brown.
- In the same pan, crack the eggs and cook them sunny-side-up or to your desired doneness.
- Smash or slice the ripe avocado and spread it evenly over the toasted bread.
- Top each piece of toast with crispy bacon and the cooked eggs.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optionally, chili flakes and a squeeze of lemon.
