  • 1 large ripe avocado, sliced or smashed

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, then set aside.
  2. While the bacon cooks, toast the slices of sturdy bread in a toaster or pan until golden brown.
  3. In the same pan, crack the eggs and cook them sunny-side-up or to your desired doneness.
  4. Smash or slice the ripe avocado and spread it evenly over the toasted bread.
