  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or sugar-free syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe ramekin.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, unsweetened applesauce, almond milk, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. In a small bowl, mix almond butter, cinnamon, and maple syrup until smooth to create the cinnamon swirl filling.
  4. Pour half of the oatmeal mixture into the prepared dish. Drop half of the cinnamon swirl mixture in dollops over the oatmeal.
  5. Pour the remaining oatmeal mixture on top. Add the rest of the cinnamon swirl mixture and gently swirl it through the oatmeal using a toothpick or knife.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
