Description
This BBQ Chicken Flatbread is a sweet, smoky, and cheesy meal made in under 20 minutes. Using flatbread as the base, it’s loaded with shredded BBQ chicken, melty mozzarella, red onion slices, and fresh herbs.

- 1 flatbread (naan or your choice)
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley (optional)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional, for brushing crust)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the flatbread on the sheet.
- Shred the cooked chicken and toss it with a few tablespoons of barbecue sauce until well coated.
- Spread the remaining barbecue sauce over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the sauce. Add the BBQ-coated chicken and top with red onion slices.
- Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley. Slice and serve warm.
