A classic Bisquick impossible pie made with diced ham, melty cheese, and a simple batter that creates its own crust as it bakes. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.

- 1 cup diced ham (cooked)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 0.5 cup mozzarella or Swiss (optional, shredded)
- 0.25 cup onion (diced, optional)
- 1 cup milk
- 0.5 cup Bisquick mix
- 3 eggs (large)
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Layer diced ham, cheddar cheese, mozzarella or Swiss, and onions in the dish.
- Whisk milk, Bisquick, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture evenly over the ham and cheese.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
