Buffalo Chicken Roll-Ups are everything you love about buffalo wings, wrapped into a buttery, cheesy, bite-sized roll.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, dressing, and shredded cheese until creamy.
- Roll out the dough and press seams together to form a solid sheet.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small edge.
- Roll tightly into a log from the long side, then slice into 1 to 1.5-inch rounds.
- Place the roll-ups spiral-side-up on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
- Garnish with crumbled blue cheese and parsley. Serve warm with extra buffalo sauce or ranch.
