Description

Cajun Steak Tips in Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan Sauce combine tender seared steak bites with a rich, creamy, cheesy pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta, cooked
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season steak tips generously with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add heavy cream and beef broth, stirring until smooth.
  5. Stir in Parmesan (and mozzarella if using) until melted and creamy.
  6. Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce and toss to coat.
  7. Return steak tips to the skillet and mix gently into the pasta.
  8. Simmer 1–2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
