  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups peeled and diced potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic. Drain excess fat.
