Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave for easier rolling.
- Divide cooked chicken evenly among tortillas.
- Top each with mozzarella, cheddar, and optional diced bell peppers.
- Roll tortillas tightly into wraps and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and wraps are warmed through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with ranch or garlic sauce if desired.
