  • 10.5 ounce can cream of celery soup
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 6-ounce box Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • Fresh or dried parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Season the chicken tenderloins evenly with kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. Arrange the seasoned chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Whisk together the cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk in a medium bowl until smooth.
  5. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the dry stuffing mix with chicken broth and stir until just moistened.
  7. Spread the stuffing mixture over the top of the casserole.
  8. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the stuffing top is golden brown. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving, then garnish with parsley if desired.
