Heavenly Chicken and Dressing Casserole for Busy Weeknights

- 2 pounds chicken tenderloins
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 10.5 ounce can cream of celery soup
- 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- ¼ cup milk
- 6-ounce box Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- Fresh or dried parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Season the chicken tenderloins evenly with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- Whisk together the cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry stuffing mix with chicken broth and stir until just moistened.
- Spread the stuffing mixture over the top of the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the stuffing top is golden brown. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving, then garnish with parsley if desired.
