Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken sausage, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
