- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk (Use almond or oat milk for dairy-free version.)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and grease and flour your cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes).
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, spices, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk until just combined.
- Gently fold in the mixed dried fruits and nuts with a spatula.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
