Description
A warm, hearty casserole made with turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, green beans, and cheddar cheese, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups shredded turkey (Opt for leftover turkey for the best flavor.)
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (You can use homemade or store-bought.)
- 2 cups stuffing mix (Choose your favorite variety or make your own.)
- 1 cup cooked green beans (Fresh or frozen works well.)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (For that gooey, creamy topping.)
- 1–2 cups chicken broth (Use low-sodium for better control over saltiness.)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients. Shred the turkey, chop the green beans if needed, and measure out the stuffing mix and chicken broth.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing mix, and cooked green beans.
- Gradually add chicken broth to the mixture, stirring until it reaches a moist but not overly wet consistency.
- Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray or grease it lightly. Transfer your mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
- Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until it is heated through and the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
- Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
