Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients. Rinse the strawberries, hulled and slice them. Peel and dice the kiwis and chop the pineapple into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, diced kiwis, and pineapple. Make sure the fruits are evenly mixed.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the freshly squeezed orange juice and honey (if you’re using it).
- Pour the juice mixture over the fruit combination in the large bowl and gently toss the ingredients together.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the salad to chill for at least 30 minutes.
- After chilling, taste your Christmas fruit salad and adjust the sweetness or acidity if necessary.
- Just before serving, add fresh mint leaves on top for garnish.
- Spoon the Christmas fruit salad into bowls and serve.
