- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (Adjust to taste.)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves (Adjust to taste.)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
- In a medium saucepan, add the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and black pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring continuously.
- Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush it generously with the glaze.
- Bake the ham, basting with the glaze every 20 minutes, for about 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Let the ham rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the ham and serve it warm.
