Description
A warm, soothing tea made with cinnamon, honey, and lemon to relieve sore throats and provide comfort.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1–2 tablespoons honey
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients: water, cinnamon stick, honey, and lemon.
- In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium heat.
- Once the water reaches a rolling boil, add the cinnamon stick.
- Lower the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- While the cinnamon steeps, measure out 1-2 tablespoons of honey and squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a separate small bowl.
- After simmering, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the honey and lemon juice.
- If desirable, strain the tea to remove the cinnamon stick.
- Pour the tea into your favorite mug and enjoy it warm.
