Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined but do not overmix.
- Fold in nuts and raisins if using.
- Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Pour the oatmeal mixture into the prepared dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
