Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined but do not overmix.
  5. Fold in nuts and raisins if using.
