Instructions
- Start by gathering all the ingredients and pre-measuring them to streamline the process.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease your doughnut pan using cooking spray or a brush.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently combine to avoid overmixing.
- Fill each cavity of the greased doughnut pan about 2/3 full with the batter.
