Comfort Crock Pot Crack Chicken is a creamy, cheesy, and savory slow-cooked dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 blocks (16 ounces total) cream cheese
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onions (optional)
- Cooked pasta, rice, or sandwich buns for serving
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a Crock Pot.
- Top with cubed cream cheese and sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the Crock Pot using two forks.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon; stir until well combined.
- Serve warm over pasta, rice, or inside buns. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
