Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 blocks (16 ounces total) cream cheese
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onions (optional)
  • Cooked pasta, rice, or sandwich buns for serving

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a Crock Pot.
  2. Top with cubed cream cheese and sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the top.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the Crock Pot using two forks.
  5. Add shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon; stir until well combined.
  6. Serve warm over pasta, rice, or inside buns. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
