- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, coconut, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter and honey, and stir until well combined.
- Scoop the dough by the tablespoonful and place them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
