Instructions

- For the frosting: beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
- Pipe a swirl of cheesecake frosting onto each cooled cookie.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
