Instructions

  2. Peel and puree the ripe persimmons until smooth.

  4. In another bowl, mix the pureed persimmons with milk and eggs until combined.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
