This Candy Cane Pie is a festive, fluffy, no-bake holiday dessert made with a crunchy Oreo crust, creamy peppermint filling, and plenty of crushed candy canes.

  • 25 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Peppermint Filling:
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • Red food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cup crushed candy canes, divided
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Additional whipped topping
  • Extra crushed peppermint or mini candy canes
  • Chocolate curls or shavings

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract; mix until fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping. Add a few drops of red food coloring if desired and mix in 3/4 cup crushed candy canes.
  4. Spread peppermint filling into chilled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
  6. Add extra candy canes, whipped topping, or chocolate curls before serving.
