Ingredients

- 1–2 tsp beet or pitaya powder
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- optional spices (cinnamon, ginger, cardamom)
Instructions
- Warm the milk in a saucepan until steamy but not boiling.
- Whisk powder with a splash of hot milk in a mug to create a smooth paste.
- Add honey and vanilla, stirring to dissolve.
- Pour in the rest of the steamed milk and top with foam.
- Garnish with extra powder or cinnamon and serve warm.
