- 1 cup Breadcrumbs, preferably panko for extra crunch
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 Egg, beaten
- Cooking spray (For air fryer basket)
Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients.
- Slice the dill pickles into halves or quarters based on your preference.
- In one bowl, beat the egg until it’s well blended.
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Take each pickle slice, dip it into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the breaded pickle slices in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check the pickles during the last few minutes to ensure they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove the pickles and let them cool slightly before serving.
