- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and place your unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in pecan halves and pour the mixture into the crust, spreading pecans evenly.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until the center is set and the crust is golden. Cover edges with foil if they brown too quickly.
- Cool completely before slicing for a perfectly set, gooey filling. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
