Fireball Whiskey Balls are a no-bake boozy treat perfect for parties. These dessert balls combine crushed vanilla wafers, pecans, and Fireball Cinnamon Whisky for a sweet and spicy kick. They are easy to make and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whisky
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, chopped pecans, 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and ground cinnamon.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the corn syrup and Fireball Cinnamon Whisky.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined and the mixture holds together to form Fireball Whiskey Balls dough.
  4. Using your hands, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll each Fireball Whiskey Ball in the remaining powdered sugar to coat.
  6. Refrigerate the Fireball Whiskey Balls for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor and texture.
