- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats and protein powder until well combined.
- Add the honey and peanut butter, and stir until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the bars to set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
