- 0.75 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste

- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1.5 cups Gruyère cheese (shredded)
- 6 buns (toasted)
Instructions
- Caramelize onions in butter until golden; add garlic.
- Add beef, cook until browned, then drain.
- Stir in thyme, Worcestershire, tomato paste, and beef broth; simmer until thick.
- Stir in half the Gruyère until melted.
- Spoon onto toasted buns and top with more cheese.
