Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Melt 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and completely melted.
  3. Whisk the eggs, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl until well combined. Pour in the melted chocolate mixture while still warm and stir until incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the remaining 3/4 cup of chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.
