Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups green beans, fresh or frozen
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked rice and green beans to the beef mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
