- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 egg
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, yeast, and granulated sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add the melted butter, salt, and egg, then stir to combine.
- Gradually add the flour, kneading until a soft dough forms. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread the softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, then slice into 12 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, orange juice, and vanilla. Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls.
