  • 15 Halloween Oreos, crushed, plus more for topping
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Make the homemade whipped topping: In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine heavy whipping cream, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix on low-medium speed, then increase to high until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the cream cheese mixture: In another large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and 1/4 to 1/3 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Combine the mixtures: Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Add purple food dye until your desired spooky shade is reached.
  4. Fold in Oreos: Gently fold the crushed Halloween Oreos into the mixture.
  5. Decorate and chill: Top with additional crushed or whole Halloween Oreos. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
