Description

This healthy crock pot buffalo chicken dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer, perfect for game days. It’s easy to make in your slow cooker, featuring tender shredded chicken, creamy cheese, and spicy buffalo sauce for that classic wing taste.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in your crock pot.
  2. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-6 hours, until chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
  3. Remove chicken from the crock pot and shred it with two forks.
  4. Return the shredded chicken to the crock pot.
  5. Add the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and blue cheese dressing to the crock pot.
  6. Stir everything together until well combined and creamy.
  7. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese.
  8. Cover and cook on low for another 30-60 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through.
  9. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite dippers.
