Ingredients

  • 1 package turkey bacon (12 slices)
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill) (Chopped finely)
  • 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and chop the fresh herbs finely.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, place the bacon on a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until smooth and even.
  5. Cut the rolled pastry into rectangles, about 4×5 inches.
  6. Place a slice of turkey bacon on each pastry rectangle and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
  7. Carefully roll the pastry around the bacon and pinch the edges to seal securely.
  8. Brush the tops of each roll with the beaten egg.
