This easy hot honey infused feta recipe combines creamy feta cheese with a sweet and spicy hot honey drizzle. It’s perfect as a dip or appetizer.

- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or chives)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the block of feta cheese in a small oven-safe dish.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the feta cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
- While the feta is baking, gently warm the hot honey in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl. If using, stir in the red pepper flakes.
- Remove the baked feta from the oven.
- Generously drizzle the warm hot honey over the feta.
- Garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or vegetables for dipping.

- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
- If you don’t have hot honey, you can make your own by warming honey with chili peppers.
