  • 48 slices (21 g) mini pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the shredded mozzarella cheese into 12 small piles on the parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  3. Flatten each cheese pile into a thin round, approximately 2-3 inches in diameter.
  4. Place 4 mini pepperoni slices on top of each cheese round, pressing them down slightly.
