- 2/3 cup (80 g) low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
- 48 slices (21 g) mini pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the shredded mozzarella cheese into 12 small piles on the parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each cheese pile into a thin round, approximately 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Place 4 mini pepperoni slices on top of each cheese round, pressing them down slightly.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges turn golden brown and the centers are bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the chips to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil, then serve immediately.
