Kashmiri Pink Chai, also known as Noon Tea, is a traditional and aromatic tea from the Kashmiri region of India. This vibrant pink tea is made by infusing green tea with spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and rose petals, resulting in a soothing and flavorful drink.

- 2 tablespoons green tea leaves
- 4 cardamom pods, crushed
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 cup dried rose petals
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the green tea leaves, crushed cardamom pods, and cinnamon stick. Reduce the heat and let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain the tea mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the tea leaves and spices.
- Return the strained tea to the saucepan and add the dried rose petals. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the rose flavor to infuse the tea.
- Stir in the milk and sugar, adjusting the sweetness to your taste.
- Serve the Kashmiri Pink Chai (Noon Tea) hot, with an extra sprinkle of rose petals on top for garnish.
