Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Optional: Rosemary, chili flakes, everything bagel seasoning, paprika, parmesan cheese, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add egg and melted butter.
  4. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  5. If dough seems dry, add 1 teaspoon water.
  6. Place dough between two parchment sheets.
  7. Roll very thin.
  8. Remove top parchment.
  9. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares.
  10. Don’t separate the squares; bake as one sheet for even cooking.
  11. Add seasonings or seeds if desired.
  12. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  13. Watch closely; thin crackers brown quickly.
  14. Let cool completely to harden.
  15. Break crackers apart along the cut lines.
  16. Serve with dips, soups, cheese, or as crunchy low carb crackers recipes throughout the week.
