This Keto Crackers Recipe gives you ultra-crispy, golden, low-carb crackers that are perfect for cheese boards, dips, soups, or everyday snacking.

- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Optional: Rosemary, chili flakes, everything bagel seasoning, paprika, parmesan cheese, sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix almond flour, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add egg and melted butter.
- Stir until a thick dough forms.
- If dough seems dry, add 1 teaspoon water.
- Place dough between two parchment sheets.
- Roll very thin.
- Remove top parchment.
- Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares.
- Don’t separate the squares; bake as one sheet for even cooking.
- Add seasonings or seeds if desired.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Watch closely; thin crackers brown quickly.
- Let cool completely to harden.
- Break crackers apart along the cut lines.
- Serve with dips, soups, cheese, or as crunchy low carb crackers recipes throughout the week.
