- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses in a large mixing bowl with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder. Mix until well blended.
- Add the large egg to the cheese mixture, stirring with a fork or spatula until a sticky, uniform dough forms.
- Scoop out small balls (about 1 teaspoon each) of the dough and roll them gently between your hands. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the cheese puffs are beautifully golden, puffed, and crisp.
- Cool the cheese puffs on the baking pan for at least 10–15 minutes.
- Serve by gently peeling the cheese puffs off the parchment and placing them on a serving platter.
