Easy Layered Christmas Jello is a colorful and festive dessert with three delicious layers—green lime gelatin, a creamy whipped middle, and bright red cherry gelatin.

- 1 package lime gelatin mix (3 oz)
- 1 package cherry or strawberry gelatin mix (3 oz)
- 1 cup boiling water (for each gelatin)
- 1 cup cold water (for each gelatin)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- Whipped cream, for garnish (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or candied cherries (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then mix in 1 cup cold water.
- Pour the green gelatin into a 9×13-inch glass dish and refrigerate for 1.5 hours or until set.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the creamy layer evenly over the set green gelatin. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved, then add 1 cup cold water. Let cool slightly.
- Slowly pour red gelatin over the cream layer using a spoon to prevent mixing. Chill for 1.5 hours until set.
- Slice into squares. Top with whipped cream and garnish with pistachios or cherries if desired. Serve chilled.
