- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup marinara sauce (low carb)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped bell peppers and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the beef mixture, followed by pepperoni slices, and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
