  • 1 lb parsnips, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Peel and slice the parsnips into even, half-inch thick sticks.
