Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed pretzels and chocolate chips (if using).
  7. Scoop 1–1.5 tablespoon dough balls onto the baking sheet and gently flatten.
