Description
A creamy, comforting chicken noodle casserole inspired by the Pioneer Woman.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 12 oz wide egg noodles
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, broth, 1 cup cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in shredded chicken and frozen peas and carrots.
- Fold in cooked noodles until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can substitute with other vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
