Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine melted salted butter and granulated sugar. Beat until well combined. Add eggs, pumpkin puree, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Tent with foil if the top browns too quickly.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
