Ritz Cracker Toffee is a sweet-and-salty treat made with buttery Ritz crackers, rich toffee, and smooth melted chocolate.

- 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers (about 32 crackers)
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lay the Ritz crackers in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and stir constantly until bubbling. Cook 3–5 minutes until thickened and golden. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Quickly pour the hot toffee evenly over the crackers, spreading gently if needed.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the toffee becomes bubbly and golden.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals. Spread melted chocolate evenly over the warm toffee.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 30 minutes. Break or cut into pieces.
